Opies employees have compiled 300 of their favorite recipes for our first-ever Opies cookbook. They make wonderful gifts for any occasion. The cookbooks also include helpful hints, cooking tips, measurements & substitutions, a calorie counter and even a cookbook stand. These cookbooks sell for only $10.00 plus $4.00 shipping and handling per book. All proceeds from the sale of these cookbooks will go to our Partner in Education, the Eldon Sixth Grade Class, and will help fund activities such as those below. PARTNERS IN EDUCATION

As Partners in Education with the Eldon Sixth Grade Class, Opies sponsors field trips, furnishes school supplies and provides food for the end-of-the-year parties. Opies also gets the opportunity to visit the classes and present awards.

Pam Wright, Administrative Assistant at Opies presented A & B Honor Roll certificates to Eldon Elementary Sixth Graders.

James (Hap) Henley, Safety Director at Opies, presented playground equipment to the sixth grade class at Eldon Upper Elementary.

An Eldon sixth grade class visited Opies terminal. They are pictured here in front of the truck which they were able to go inside of. After their tour of the terminal, they were treated to ice cream.

Iberia summer school visited Opies. They were given a tour of the terminal and then were given the opportunity to see the inside of a truck and were treated to ice cream.
